Hasta Haití y Jordania viaja el Premio Zayed a la Fraternidad Humana
La organización humanitaria Fokal y los reyes Abdulah II y Rania han sido anunciados como los galardonados por sus contribuciones a la promoción de un mundo más pacífico y compasivo, según los valores del histórico documento firmado por el Papa Francisco y el Gran Imán de Al-Alzhar, Ahmed Al-Tayeb. Más de diez mil kilómetros separan Jordania de Haití, pero esos dos países hoy están profundamente unidos por el Premio Zayed que ha recaído en representantes de dichas naciones. Este galardón, anunciado a las 15.00 horas de este viernes en Abu Dabi, reconoce las contribuciones a la promoción de un mundo más pacífico, armonioso y compasivo. Fue instituido como uno de los primeros frutos de la firma del Documento de la Fraternidad Humana por la paz mundial y la convivencia común, el 4 de febrero de 2019 por el Papa Francisco y el Gran Imán de Al-Azhar, Ahmed Al-Tayeb, egipcio y una de las máximas autoridades del islam sunita.
