PCID President and Secretary to contribute at conference for 1^st Anniversary of Fratelli tutti

November 8-9, Georgetown University and the journal La Civiltà Cattolica will sponsor a conference entitled “A Culture of Encounter: The Future of Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue.” The conference will take place in Rome and will explore the implications of Fratelli tutti for the future of the Church and the world.

Cardinal Miguel Àngel Ayuso Guixot, President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, will offer the keynote address on the innovations of Fratelli tutti and Mons. Indunil Janakaratne K. Kankanamalage, the Secretary of PCID, will participate in a panel discussion on a culture of encounter and the future of dialogue.

Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, scholars, and officials of the Roman Curia will also contribute. Read more at Vatican News.
